Designers from the studio “TWS Forged” presented modernized version of Lexus LFA at Auto Show in Tokyo. Masters are hiding the details of the tuning package, but it is worth to note that this is the first tuned Lexus LFA in the world. On the photos can be seen that the car has received a new carbon aerodynamic body kit. Among the notable improvements are the main front and rear spoiler, new hood. Whether the package will be marketed and how much it will cost, the studio has not yet been finally determined.
At first glance, it seems that this is a completely new car. The previous generation ( LS430 ) was characterized by a rather conservative design, trying to imitate somewhat S Class Mercedes. Now things are different.
After updating the models IS and GS, Lexus has once again given design L-Finesse styling and new-generation Lexus LS. This approach not only dramatically improves the type of new business models and adds them specific emotion, but also improves their aerodynamics dramatically. This is cleared design of the new LS to the extreme and adds indispensable elegance of the car.

The new generation Lexus LS has a V8 engine with a capacity of 4.6 liters. However, maximum power is increased significantly to reach 380 hp, 90hp more compared with LS 430! In many respects the new engine of the Lexus V8 is better than the BMW 7-series V8, which has a capacity of 4.8 liters and an output of 367 hp and the latest Mercedes V8 with 5.0 liters and 388 hp. Perfect balanced and silent stroke engine makes Lexus LS460 leader in the luxury class. Lexus introduces a new gearbox with a new model. It has eight (8) gears. Manufactured by Asin, a division of Toyota and has many advantages over previously used a 6-speed automatic. The new gearbox helps to improve acceleration and fuel consumption.

Just days before the Auto Show in Detroit, the advertising for American Road & Track magazine, without intending to, showed the public the most closely guarded brand new model of Lexus, the LF-Lc. The magazine showed it to the everyday public, in a short, but revealing YouTube video advert. This advert was meant only to show the customer how to cover his/ her new issue would look like. For the public, it showed the new model – the LF-Lc in all its glory. Thus the advert put the whole advertising program of the manufacturer, in the rubbish. Japan was meant as usual to be the first place that customers would meet the new model. This was to be done with a typical process of feeding through drops of information, announcing to the public, “the scoop of the hour”.
Lexus LF-LC Hybrid
So far, not much else is known. Advertisements, to the public have not been made as to what is going on right now. We have however, been told about the brand sparking new sports coupe.
Lexus LF-LC
On the product, Lexus combines good design features, already appearing on the LFA model with details from the front of the LF-Gh. The enormously giant hood ends with dip, which sinks deep into the vents of the car, revealing how smooth the vehicle is.

The Lc can be interpreted by the everyday public, and other customers, as a very evident sign that the Lexus, will be to no reasonable question, invited to launch a coupe base on the flagship LS, to compete with the Mercedes-Benz SL. Another option is, that looking at the shape of the vehicle, the sizes of its overhangs and its proportions, this could be Lexus’ take on the Toyota GT86, as the two vehicles’ silhouettes fit perfectly. Another tell tale sign is the “HYBRID” logo, one the rear quarter panel.
The most amazing thing about the times we live in is our unbelievable ability to have and do nearly anything we want. There has never been a time before our generation that has had the ability to purchase almost anything, from any part of the world, and have it on our doorstep within days. Not just this, but we also have the ability to have it completely customized it to match our own desires and personality. This can be achieved for a set of monogrammed towels just as easily as a brand new Lexus, by requesting a unique body appearance.
Although some of this has been a product of the growing interconnected world economy, technological advancements in the automotive industry over the past few decades has allowed us to have unprecedented flexibility in how we want our vehicles to look. This can be achieved easily with Lexus body kits.
A body kit is an assortment of external parts aimed at allowing the customer to change a variety of pieces to give the over all appearance they desire. Lexus body kits can include a front and back end side guard, new side skirts and spoilers, and even a new stylish front and back bumper. You can also add new roof scoops or an entirely new color with an exterior paint job.
Over the past few years there has been a growing population of Lexus enthusiasts that have begun utilizing these kits to modify their cars appearance. You can find versions for nearly any make or brand of vehicle currently on the market. Because of this popularity you are now seeing manufacturers who are starting to develop alternatives to the standard look of production vehicles, and customers are being offered a choice in the cars resulting appearance.
Lexus body kits come in a choice of one of three materials, fiberglass, polyurethane, or carbon fiber.
On the lower end of the cost spectrum fiberglass is the least expensive, however it also has not been engineered to hold against even minor impacts. As a result this type of compound is often not used for substantial construction. The most common product used is the polyurethane. This is largely the result of the material being relatively resistant to impact as well as being somewhat inexpensive. The one major drawback is its weight. Because it is heavier than the other materials it can be limiting in what it can be used for.
Of the three compounds carbon fiber is the most expensive. This is due to its strong material and consequently it is extremely impact resistant and yet light weight. Because of these factors it is ideal for racing and is often seen in this field. However, because of its price it is not commonly used on standard street legal vehicles, although some use it for show. Carbon fiber has a beautiful look to it when left unpainted and so there are some drivers who will use it for their engine hoods in car shows.
As interest in Lexus body kits continues to grow so too will this unique and amazing industry. Technological advancements are continuously changing the course of the modern vehicle and the desire for customers to customize and modify every part of their lives will likely only continue to grow as well.
